Beth Garrison is a behavior scientist who previously worked with the design and implementation of vocational and behavioral programs for multiple clinical organizations, school districts, and insurance funders in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Virginia, New Jersey, and Texas.

With experience in organizational development and instructional design, she’s developed customizable training packages for staff working in the field and parents with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Beth also has experience developing organizational processes for businesses using tools enabled by artificial intelligence.

Beth is a Ph.D. candidate in artificial intelligence, where her research has specialized in working with neurodivergent individuals, developing AI prototypes to support them in reaching their vocational and social goals. Beth has over five years of experience working in data science and UX research, as well as developing NLP, Generative AI, and Computer Vision models.
